The Giveaway is open only to individuals who, at the time of entry:
For purposes of this Giveaway, an eligible Pastor may include a senior or lead Pastor, associate Pastor, executive Pastor, campus Pastor, Church planter serving in a pastoral role, or another individual presently serving in a genuine pastoral ministry role within an Evangelical local Church.
This is not a general-public giveaway. It is specifically intended to encourage and serve Evangelical Pastors during Pastor Appreciation Month.
Employees, officers, owners, contractors, and immediate family members of SC FaithVenture Media SRL are not eligible to enter.
The Sponsor may request reasonable information to verify a potential winner's identity, age, pastoral role, Church affiliation, affirmation of the Statement of Faith, or other eligibility requirements before awarding the prize.
Void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
FaithVenture Media exists specifically to serve Evangelical Churches. Accordingly, theological alignment is an eligibility requirement for this Giveaway.

An entrant who cannot affirm FaithVenture Media's Statement of Faith is not eligible to enter or receive the prize.
To enter the Giveaway, follow the onscreen instructions to complete and submit the online entry form (“Primary Entry”).
Entrants may also have opportunities to receive additional entries (“Bonus Entries”) by completing eligible actions displayed on the Giveaway page.
Where referrals are offered as a Bonus Entry opportunity, the referred person must complete the required entry process through the entrant's referral for the referral to qualify.
All entries must be received by October 31, 2026, by the closing time displayed on the official Giveaway page.
No purchase, payment, donation, subscription, or paid relationship with FaithVenture Media is required to enter or win.
Purchasing a FaithVenture Media product or service will not increase an entrant's chances of winning.
Automated entries, fake identities, duplicate accounts, fictitious referrals, disposable email accounts used to manipulate the Giveaway, bots, scripts, macros, or other attempts to artificially increase an entrant's chances of winning are prohibited.
The Sponsor may invalidate entries or Bonus Entries that it reasonably determines resulted from fraud, abuse, manipulation, or violation of these Official Rules.

The prize consists of a private online consultation of approximately 60 minutes focused on identifying and discussing a significant Church Growth challenge facing the winner's Church and determining practical next steps.
Approximate Retail Value: $100 USD
The Church Growth Clarity Call may include discussion of areas such as Church outreach, guest experience and follow-up, Church websites, digital communication, social media, technology, marketing, systems, and other practical Church Growth challenges relevant to the winner's Church.
The prize:
The Church Growth Clarity Call provides practical discussion, recommendations, ideas, and potential next steps.
No particular Church Growth, attendance, membership, financial, outreach, or other ministry result is promised or guaranteed.
The winner remains responsible for deciding whether and how to implement recommendations discussed during the call. This reflects the prize terms established in the previous rules.
Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries and valid Bonus Entries received during the Giveaway Period.
One potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.
The random drawing will be conducted on or about November 2, 2026, by or on behalf of SC FaithVenture Media SRL.
Selection as a potential winner does not automatically establish eligibility. The potential winner must satisfy the eligibility requirements before being officially confirmed as the winner.
The Sponsor's decisions concerning entry validity, eligibility, winner verification, and administration of the Giveaway are final.
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address or other contact information submitted with the entry.
The potential winner must respond within seven (7) calendar days of the initial winner notification unless the Sponsor provides a different deadline.
Before awarding the prize, the Sponsor may ask the potential winner to confirm:
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required period, declines the prize, is determined to be ineligible, or cannot reasonably verify his eligibility, the prize will be forfeited and the Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.
After the winner has been confirmed, the winner and FaithVenture Media will arrange a mutually available time for the Church Growth Clarity Call.
The call will normally be conducted online using a video-conferencing or similar platform.
The winner is responsible for having the internet connection and equipment necessary to participate.
Unless otherwise agreed by the Sponsor, the winner must schedule and use the Church Growth Clarity Call within 90 days of being confirmed as the winner.
Failure to redeem the prize within that period may result in forfeiture of the prize.
Where the Giveaway allows entrants to earn Bonus Entries by referring others, referrals must be genuine.
Entrants may not:
The Sponsor may invalidate entries or Bonus Entries it reasonably believes resulted from fraud, abuse, or manipulation.
In the event of a reasonable question concerning the identity of an online entrant, the Sponsor may treat the natural person assigned to the email address used for the entry as the entrant and may request reasonable verification.
Entries or entry data that have been tampered with, altered, fraudulently generated, or created through scripts, macros, bots, automated devices, or similar methods may be declared invalid.
The Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, or not received because of technical problems outside its reasonable control.
If a technical failure, platform malfunction, fraud, or another circumstance outside the Sponsor's reasonable control materially affects the fair administration of the Giveaway, the Sponsor may reasonably modify, postpone, suspend, or end the Giveaway.
If the Giveaway must end early, the Sponsor may select a winner from eligible entries properly received before the Giveaway ended.
By entering, entrants agree that FaithVenture Media may contact them as reasonably necessary to administer the Giveaway.
These communications may include entry-related messages, eligibility questions, winner notifications, verification requests, and communications necessary to schedule or deliver the prize.
Entering the Giveaway does not require an entrant to purchase, subscribe to, or enter into a paid relationship with FaithVenture Media.
Information submitted through the Giveaway may be used to:
Information may also be processed through third-party services used to operate the Giveaway, including KingSumo and communications providers.
FaithVenture Media may use information for additional purposes when an entrant has separately agreed to those purposes.
FaithVenture Media may ask the winner for permission to publicly announce information such as the winner's name, Church, city, state/province/region, or country.
FaithVenture Media may also ask the winner whether he would be willing to provide feedback or a testimonial following the Church Growth Clarity Call.
Providing a testimonial or promotional endorsement is not required to receive the prize.
The Sponsor may disqualify an entrant who:
