The Giveaway is open only to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:
Residents of Taiwan, South Korea, Portugal, Italy, Austria, China, Russia, Hong Kong, Greece, France, Japan, Spain, and the Czech Republic are not eligible to enter or win.
Void where prohibited by law. Giveaway subject to all applicable Romanian and international laws and regulations.
To enter, follow the on-screen instructions on the Giveaway page and complete the entry form during the Entry Period.
Each valid submission constitutes one (1) “Primary Entry.”
Entrants may receive “Additional Entries” by referring other eligible entrants through the referral options provided on the Giveaway page.
All entries must be received by the stated closing date. Late, incomplete, or duplicate entries will not be accepted.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
Prize: One (1) Free Church Growth Clarity Call (60 minutes, $100 value).
What you’ll receive:
If the selected winner cannot accept or complete the call, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be chosen.
The prize may not be redeemed for cash, substituted, or transferred.
Maximum ARV of all prizes: $100 USD.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Entry Period.
Winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received by the deadline.
The drawing will be conducted by FaithVenture Media or its authorized representative within five (5) business days of the Giveaway’s close.
The winner will be notified by email within 24 hours of the drawing and announced publicly (first name + Church name) with permission.
The winner must confirm acceptance within seven (7) days of notification.
If the winner does not respond, is deemed ineligible, or declines the prize, another eligible winner may be selected.
The Clarity Call will be conducted via Zoom.
Winner must schedule the call using FaithVenture Media’s online booking system within seven (7) days of notification and complete the session within 30 days, unless otherwise approved by the Sponsor.
By accepting the prize, winner grants FaithVenture Media permission to use their name, Church name, and general location (city/state or country) for promotional purposes connected to this Giveaway without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes or fees associated with acceptance or use of the prize.
No substitution or cash equivalent will be offered, except at the Sponsor’s discretion.
By entering, participants agree to release, defend, and hold harmless FaithVenture Media, its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
FaithVenture Media makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality or suitability of the prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, technical failures, or other errors that may affect entry or selection.
Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, or made through automated means will be disqualified.
Any attempt to tamper with or manipulate the Giveaway process will result in permanent disqualification and may be subject to legal action.
This Giveaway is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Romania.
