By submitting an entry to the Blockchoy.xyz Monthly Referral Competition (the “Referral Comp”), you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Blockchoy.xyz, and that you meet all eligibility requirements.
The Referral Comp is open to individuals aged 18 or older who reside in a country where owning cryptocurrency is legal at the time of entry. Due to local laws and regulations, residents of the following countries are not eligible to participate: Afghanistan, Algeria, Bangladesh, Bolivia, China, Egypt, Iraq, Morocco, Nepal, Pakistan, Qatar, Tunisia, and any countries currently subject to international sanctions (including but not limited to North Korea, Iran, Syria, and Cuba). The Referral Comp is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
To enter the Referral Comp, follow the on-screen instructions to complete and submit the online entry form (“Primary Entry”). A minimum of three confirmed referrals is required to qualify for the prize draw. A confirmed referral means you referred a friend using your unique referral link, they entered the Referral Comp, and they confirmed their entry by clicking the verification link and entering their email. You must also confirm your own email address for any referral to be valid. Once you have three confirmed referrals, you will be entered into the draw. Each additional confirmed referral beyond the first three counts as one additional entry into a weighted raffle (“Additional Entry”). To qualify, your referred friends must be 18 years or older and residents of countries eligible to participate in the Referral Comp, in accordance with the official rules and restrictions. They must complete their entry using your referral link during the Referral Comp Entry Period, which ends on June 30, 2025. All entries are subject to verification and are bound by the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. The competition is void where prohibited by law.

The total approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize is $20 USD. The prize consists of a $20 payment in USDC, sent to the winner's preferred wallet address. If the selected winner is unable to receive the prize—due to an invalid wallet, ineligibility, or failure to respond—the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries in accordance with these Official Rules. Prizes are not transferable or assignable, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received during the Referral Comp Entry Period.
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Referral Comp Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted by a representative of Blockchoy.xyz, and all decisions by the Sponsor are final and binding. Winners will be notified by email using the contact information provided during entry and will also be publicly announced via the Blockchoy.xyz Twitter/X account.
To claim the prize, winners must confirm their email address and may be required, at the Sponsor’s discretion, to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and, where permitted by law, a publicity release within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
If a selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to meet eligibility requirements, declines the prize, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate eligible entrant. If there is no successful winner for a given month, the $20 USDC prize will roll over into the next month’s Referral Comp, and will continue to accumulate month over month until awarded. At present, the Referral Comp is scheduled to run through the end of 2025; however, the Sponsor reserves the right to extend, modify, or discontinue the competition at its sole discretion.
No substitutions or cash alternatives are permitted, except in the case where the prize is unavailable, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Prizes are non-transferable except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, as well as any other costs or expenses associated with prize acceptance and use. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, and city of residence for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Limit one prize per household.
In the event Blockchoy.xyz ceases operations or is acquired by another entity, fulfillment of the prize is subject to the discretion of the successor or acquiring entity. Prizes not claimed or deliverable may be forfeited without liability.
By participating in the Referral Comp, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, or damage resulting from entry or acceptance and use of the prize. The Sponsor is not responsible for technical issues, lost or misdirected entries, or any errors in the administration of the competition.
Attempts to tamper with or undermine the legitimate operation of the Referral Comp may violate criminal and civil laws. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual and seek legal remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter. Any use of bots, macros, or other automated means to enter is prohibited and will result in disqualification. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Referral Comp if it becomes technically corrupted or otherwise cannot be conducted as planned.
The Referral Comp shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. By participating, entrants agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Referral Comp or these Official Rules shall be resolved through binding arbitration, conducted in English, under the rules of a recognized arbitration body selected by the Sponsor. The arbitration shall take place virtually unless otherwise required by law. Entrants waive the right to litigate any claims in court or to participate in a class action or jury trial. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
The personal information collected from each entrant during the Referral Comp will be used by Blockchoy.xyz for the purposes of administering the competition, verifying eligibility, contacting winners, and providing updates and communications related to Blockchoy.xyz offerings. By entering your email address, you also agree to subscribe to the free Monthly Stablecoin Yield Report, updates, and newsletter provided by Blockchoy.xyz. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify or update the rules of the Referral Comp at any time, at its sole discretion. A list of winners may be made available upon request, subject to applicable privacy and data protection laws.
