2) Eligibility
- Open to NSW residents aged 18+ at the time of entry.
- Employees/contractors of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible.
- Entrants must use the prize within the Greater Sydney metro area (pickup and drop‑off must be within our standard Sydney service area).
3) Promotion period
- Opens 6 October
2025 at 5:27 AM AEST.
- Closes 19 October 2025 at 01:00 AM AEST.
- Entries received outside this period are invalid.
4) How to enter

- One (1) primary entry per person. Bonus entries may be earned via referrals when friends (18+) enter using your unique link (as provided by the platform).
- Incomplete, automated, bulk or fraudulent entries are void. No purchase necessary.
5) Prize
- One (1) prize: a 1‑hour Let’s Party Bus hire in Sydney, NSW (Value $395 - $495, depending on size of the bus).
- What’s included: vehicle hire and chauffeur for one continuous hour.
- Not included: extra hire time, upgrades, tolls, parking, cleaning beyond reasonable use, damages, security deposits/bonds, food/drinks, or any other incidentals—winner pays standard rates for extras.
- Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. If unavailable, a prize of equal or higher value may be substituted at the Promoter’s discretion.
6) Winner selection and notification
- Random draw from eligible entries on or about 19 October 2025.
- Winner notified by email within 3 business days.
- The winner must claim the prize within 7 days of notification. Failure to claim may result in forfeiture and a redraw.
7) Prize redemption (6‑month window)
- Prize must be booked and used within 6 months of winner notification, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Bookings subject to availability; blackout dates (e.g., selected public holidays/special events) may apply.
- Standard service policies apply, including: maximum passenger capacity, route/safety approval, and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA). BYO alcohol is limited to passengers 18+ only. Service may be refused in accordance with law and safety policies.
8) Sydney‑only service area
- Prize must be redeemed for a service with pickup and drop‑off within the Promoter’s standard Greater Sydney metro service area. Locations outside this area are not included in the prize and may be unavailable or incur additional costs at the Promoter’s discretion.
9) Privacy
- By entering, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information to administer the promotion, contact the winner, and send marketing communications (opt‑out available at any time).
- Entries are processed via KingSumo; personal information may also be handled in accordance with KingSumo’s terms and privacy policy on the entry page.

10) Publicity
- By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the Promoter using their first name, suburb, and prize experience content (e.g., photos/video) for reasonable promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
11) General
- The Promoter’s decisions are final. The Promoter may verify entries and disqualify entries not in accordance with these T&Cs.
- If the promotion is interfered with or cannot proceed as reasonably anticipated (e.g., technical issues, unforeseen events), the Promoter may modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion to the extent permitted by law.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) arising from entry into the promotion or acceptance/use of the prize. Consumer guarantees under Australian law are not excluded.
12) Social & platform terms
- This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, or any other social platform.
- The giveaway entry and bonus entries are facilitated via KingSumo and subject to KingSumo’s platform terms.
13) Law and jurisdiction
- These T&Cs are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Entrants submit to the non‑exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
14) Permits
- Where any permit or authority approval is required, the Promoter will obtain such approvals as necessary. Where no permit is required, the promotion proceeds under these T&Cs.
