The Midnight House Signed Set Giveaway: Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PLEDGE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase or pledge will not increase your chances of winning.

  1. Sponsor. Doomsday Robots, doomsdayrobots.games ("Sponsor").
  2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Sponsor and members of Sponsor's immediate family and household are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
  3. Entry period. The giveaway begins at 09:00am CT on September 24, 2026 and ends at 11:45pm CT on October 5, 2026 ("Entry Period"). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not count.
  4. How to enter. Visit doomsdayrobots.games/midnighthouse and submit a valid email address. Doing so earns one (1) entry and subscribes you to the Doomsday Robots newsletter, which you can leave at any time.
  5. Bonus entries. Optional actions listed on the entry page can earn more entries: following the Kickstarter pre-launch page (3), playing The Midnight House: Escape (1), and following @doomsdayrobotscomics on Instagram (1). Bonus actions are optional and not required to win.
  6. Limits. One email address per person. Entries made with multiple, fake or temporary email addresses, or through scripts, bots or other automated means, are void, and Sponsor may disqualify anyone it reasonably believes tampered with the entry process.
  7. Prize. One (1) prize: The Midnight House #1 and #2, each in the regular and alternate cover (four printed comics), signed by the creator, plus the digital editions of all four. Approximate retail value: $32 USD. No cash alternative, except as described in Section 8.
  8. Prize delivery. Digital editions will be delivered by email, estimated December 2026. Printed comics will ship with Sponsor's Kickstarter rewards, estimated April 2027, to a US address. If the Kickstarter campaign does not fund or the printed comics cannot be produced, Sponsor will award $32 USD in place of the printed comics.
  9. Winner selection. One winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries on or about October 6, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
  10. Notification. The winner will be notified by email and must reply with a US shipping address within seven (7) days. If a winner does not respond in time, is ineligible, or the notification is returned undeliverable, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner may be drawn.
  11. Publicity. With the winner's consent, Sponsor may announce the winner's first name, last initial and state.
  12. Taxes. Any taxes on the prize are the winner's responsibility.
  13. Privacy. Email addresses are used to run the giveaway and to send the Doomsday Robots newsletter. They are not sold or shared. See doomsdayrobots.games/privacy.
  14. Platforms. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Meta, Reddit or Kickstarter. Entrants release those platforms from any liability related to the giveaway.
  15. General. Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend the giveaway if fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond its control affects its administration. Entrants release Sponsor from liability for any loss or injury resulting from participation or from acceptance or use of the prize. Governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
  16. Winner's name. To learn the winner's name, email [email protected] after October 13, 2026.
