The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the State of Wisconsin who are age 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of First Tee — Southeast Wisconsin (the "Sponsor"), its respective parent organizations, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter or win. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Wisconsin and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law. No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.
HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Sweepstakes, follow all onscreen instructions to complete and submit the online entry form ("Primary Entry"). You may earn additional entries by completing the bonus actions listed on the entry page, including referring a friend to enter through your unique referral link. All entries must be received by 04/13/2026 ("Sweepstakes Entry Period"). Online entrants are subject to all notices posted online, including but not limited to the Sponsor's privacy policy.
PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES ("ARV"): One (1) winner will receive a 2026 GCOW Platinum Passport, valid for use at Golf Courses of Wisconsin member courses. Approximate Retail Value: [INSERT ARV]. Prize may not be transferred or assigned except by Sponsor. Prize has no cash value and is not redeemable for cash.
ODDS: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period.
WINNER SELECTION: One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted on or about 04/13/2026 by a representative of the Sponsor, whose decisions are final. The winner will be notified by email and will be required to confirm acceptance within 7 days of notification. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 7 days, or is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Prize will be awarded within 30 days of winner confirmation.
No substitutions are permitted except if the prize is unavailable, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded at the Sponsor's discretion. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. Any incidental expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Entry and acceptance of prize constitute permission to use the winner's name, prize won, hometown, and likeness for online posting and promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. Limit: one prize per person.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: Participating entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, and release, defend, and hold harmless First Tee — Southeast Wisconsin and its affiliated organizations, employees, officers, directors, and agents from all claims and liability relating to their participation in and use of any prize awarded through this Sweepstakes.
Entry materials or data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries generated by a script, macro, or automated device are void. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or incomplete entries, or for technical failures of any kind, including network, hardware, or software malfunctions. By participating, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.
GOVERNING LAW: This Sweepstakes shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflicts of laws provisions. By participating, entrants agree that any disputes arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved in courts sitting in Wisconsin.
