By submitting an entry to the Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”), you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and KingSumo, and that you satisfy all eligibility requirements.

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Canada, excluding residents of Québec (unless otherwise stated), who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, and agents of the Sponsor, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, distribution partners, merchants involved with this Sweepstakes, and their immediate family members and persons living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win.

The Sweepstakes is governed by all applicable Canadian federal, provincial, and municipal laws. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

HOW TO ENTER:

To enter the Sweepstakes, follow all on-screen instructions to complete and submit the online entry form (“Primary Entry”).

You may earn Additional Entries by referring a friend who is a legal resident of Canada and of the age of majority, using the referral method provided on the entry page (“Additional Entry”). The friend must enter the Sweepstakes through your referral link for an additional entry to be valid.

All entries must be received by January 21st at 11:45 p.m. Atlantic Time (the “Sweepstakes Entry Period”).

Online entrants are subject to all notices posted online, including but not limited to the Sponsor’s privacy policy.

PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”):

If a winner is unable to accept the prize, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

Prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable, except at the Sponsor’s discretion.

Prizes may not be redeemed for cash.

ODDS:

WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION:

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.

The drawing will take place on or about January 22nd, 2026, by the Sponsor or its delegate, whose decisions are final.

Winners will be notified by email on January 22nd, 2026, and may be required to complete and return a Declaration of Eligibility, Liability Release, and, where permitted, a Publicity Release within 7 days of notification.

Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

Prizes will be awarded within 30 days of verification.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to respond, or declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate entrant.

Limit: One prize per household.

If the Sponsor goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, the final year of business will constitute the last year for any prize payments associated with ongoing services. If the Sponsor is acquired or merges, continuation of any ongoing service-based prize is at the new owner’s discretion.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, and release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, KingSumo, and all associated businesses and personnel from any liability arising from participation, prize acceptance, use, or misuse.

The Sponsor is not responsible for:

• lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or incomplete entries
• technical failures including hardware, software, or network errors
• unauthorized access to entry materials
• any injury or damage caused by participation in the Sweepstakes

Any attempt to tamper with or damage the website or interfere with the Sweepstakes will result in disqualification and may result in civil or criminal prosecution.

The Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if it becomes technically corrupted or cannot be conducted as planned.

LEGAL:

This Sweepstakes and its Official Rules are governed exclusively by the laws of Canada and the province or territory of the entrant’s residence, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that province or territory.

WINNERS LIST & PRIVACY:

Personal information collected during the Sweepstakes will be used by KingSumo and the Sponsor solely for administration of the Sweepstakes and in accordance with their respective Privacy Policies and Terms of Service.

The Sponsor and KingSumo reserve the right to amend these rules at any time, where permitted by law.

COMMENT PARTICIPER :

Le non-respect de ces conditions peut entraîner la disqualification et la sélection d’un autre gagnant.

Les prix seront attribués dans les 30 jours suivant leur vérification.

Si un gagnant potentiel ne peut être contacté, est inéligible, ne répond pas ou décline le prix, le prix pourra être annulé et attribué à un autre participant.

Limite : Un prix par ménage.

Si le Commanditaire cesse ses activités ou fait faillite, la dernière année d’exploitation constituera la dernière année de tout paiement lié à des prix basés sur des services continus. En cas d’acquisition ou de fusion, la poursuite de tout prix basé sur des services continus relève de la discrétion du nouveau propriétaire.

CONDITIONS GÉNÉRALES :

En participant, les participants acceptent le présent règlement officiel et les décisions du Commanditaire et dégagent celui-ci, ses sociétés affiliées, KingSumo et toutes les entreprises et personnes associées de toute responsabilité découlant de la participation, de l’acceptation, de l’utilisation ou de l’abus du prix.

Le Commanditaire n’est pas responsable :

• des participations perdues, tardives, mal dirigées, endommagées ou incomplètes
• des défaillances techniques, y compris les problèmes matériels, logiciels ou réseaux
• de l’accès non autorisé aux documents de participation
• de tout dommage ou blessure causé par la participation au Concours

Toute tentative de saboter ou d’endommager le site Web ou d’interférer avec le Concours entraînera la disqualification et pourra donner lieu à des poursuites civiles ou pénales.

Le Commanditaire peut annuler, modifier ou suspendre le Concours s’il devient corrompu techniquement ou ne peut être mené comme prévu.

LÉGAL :

Le Concours et le présent règlement officiel sont régis exclusivement par les lois canadiennes et celles de la province ou du territoire de résidence du participant, sans égard aux conflits de lois.

Tout litige sera résolu devant les tribunaux de cette province ou de ce territoire.

LISTE DES GAGNANTS ET CONFIDENTIALITÉ :

Les informations personnelles recueillies lors du Concours seront utilisées par KingSumo et le Commanditaire uniquement pour l’administration du Concours et conformément à leurs politiques de confidentialité et conditions d’utilisation respectives.

Le Commanditaire et KingSumo se réservent le droit de modifier le présent règlement à tout moment, dans la mesure permise par la loi.
