By submitting an entry to the Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”), you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of KingSumo, and that you satisfy all eligibility requirements.

Official Rules: Tandy Consulting Inc. x Squirmy Friends Club 2026 Giveaway

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. SPONSOR

The giveaway is sponsored by Tandy Consulting Inc., located at [Your Business Address], in collaboration with Squirmy Friends Club (the “Co-Sponsor”).

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the following California counties: San Diego, Orange, Los Angeles, Ventura, San Luis Obispo, Riverside, and San Bernardino. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in California) at the time of entry. Employees of Tandy Consulting Inc., Squirmy Friends Club, and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on May 3, 2026, at 12:00 AM PST and ends on May 9, 2026, at 11:59 PM PST (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will be disqualified.

4. HOW TO ENTER

To enter, participants must follow the instructions provided on the official Instagram post (@TandyConsulting):

  1. Follow both @TandyConsulting and @SquirmyFriendsClub.
  2. "Like" the official giveaway post.
  3. Tag a friend in the comments section (one tag per comment; each unique comment is an entry).
  4. Bonus Entry: Sharing the post to your Instagram Story and tagging @TandyConsulting will grant one (1) additional entry.

5. PRIZES AND ODDS

  • Grand Prize: [Insert Product Name] (Retail Value: $[Amount])
  • Runner Up #1: [Insert Product Name] (Retail Value: $[Amount])
  • Runner Up #2: [Insert Product Name] (Retail Value: $[Amount])
  • Total Prize Pool Value: $140.00 USD.
  • Odds: The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

Winners will be selected via a random drawing from all eligible entries. The announcement will be made via Instagram Reel on Monday, May 11, 2026.

  • Notification: Winners will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message or email ([email protected]).
  • Response Time: Winners must respond and claim their prize within 72 hours of the initial notification.
  • Forfeiture: If a winner fails to respond within 72 hours, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and offered to an alternate winner.

7. PRIZE CONDITIONS

Prizes are awarded "AS IS" with NO WARRANTY, express or implied. No substitution, cash equivalent, or transfer of prizes is permitted. Tandy Consulting Inc. will cover all shipping costs and sales tax associated with the prize delivery within the eligible counties.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & RELEASE

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Tandy Consulting Inc., Squirmy Friends Club, and Instagram from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to any prize-related activity.

9. DISPUTES & ARBITRATION

Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating, entrant agrees that:

  • Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
  • Any dispute shall be settled by binding arbitration governed by the laws of the State of California.
  • The venue for any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be the Superior Court of California in the County of Orange (Fullerton, CA).

10. PRIVACY

Information collected from entrants is subject to Tandy Consulting Inc.’s privacy policy. By entering, you grant Tandy Consulting Inc. permission to announce your username/name publicly as a winner.

11. INSTAGRAM DISCLOSURE

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, you confirm a complete release of Instagram from any and all liability.
