TALIONIS SERIES EXPERIENCE GIVEAWAY - OFFICIAL RULES AND TERMS

ELIGIBILITY

The Talionis Series Experience Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the United States who are parents or guardians of teens at the time of entry. Residents of countries outside the United States, including but not limited to Taiwan, South Korea, Portugal, Italy, Austria, China, Russia, Hong Kong, Greece, France, Japan, Spain, and Czech Republic are not eligible to enter or win. Sweepstakes is governed by United States law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law. No purchase necessary to enter or win.

Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $150

IMPORTANT PRIZE CONDITIONS

  1. The winner must be a legal US resident and able to attend the LIVE Talionis Experience at Elizabethtown College, PA on June 13th, 2026.
  2. The winner is responsible for all transportation costs, lodging arrangements, and other expenses related to attending the event.
  3. The winner MUST be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to be on campus during the event.
  4. Parents/guardians must purchase their own convention pass or shopping pass to be on the premises during the Talionis Experience on June 13th, 2026.
  5. Physical prizes must be claimed in person either:
  • On Friday, June 12th, 2026, at C.J. Milacci's booth in the exhibitor hall, OR
  • On Saturday, June 13th, 2026, at the event location

ENTRY PERIOD AND SELECTION

The Sweepstakes entry period ends on March 18th, 2026. The winner will be selected in a random drawing and announced on Thursday, March 19th, 2026.

HOW TO ENTER

To enter the Sweepstakes, follow all onscreen instructions to complete and submit the online entry form ("Primary Entry"). 

WINNER NOTIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS

The winner will be notified by email on March 19th, 2026, and will be required to complete and return an email confirmation of prize acceptance within 7 days of notification. For winners under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must complete and sign all required documentation for teen to attend event.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, or if required documentation is not returned within the specified timeframe, or if the winner cannot attend the event on June 13th, 2026, or if the winner will not have a parent/guardian present during the event, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

Prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and no substitutions are permitted. 

By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants and their parents/guardians agree to release, defend, and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliated companies, and all other businesses involved in this Sweepstakes, from all claims and liability relating to their participation, acceptance, and use or misuse of the prize.

The Sponsor reserves the right to use winners' names for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

PRIVACY

The personal information collected during the Sweepstakes will be used by the Sponsor for the purposes of administration of the Sweepstakes and as otherwise permitted in accordance with the Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
