The Schroepfers 2026 Washington Town and Country Fair Season Pass (“Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees of Schroepfers (the “Sponsor”), its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
To enter, follow the instructions provided in the official Giveaway post or entry form. Complete and submit all required information during the entry period.
All entries must be received by Saturday, August 1, 2026, at 08:00 AM CST (“Giveaway Entry Period”).
Online entrants are subject to all notices posted online, including but not limited to the Sponsor’s privacy policy.
1-2 winners will receive 2 season passes to the Washington Town and Country Fair.
The prize is not transferable and not redeemable for additional goods or services. No substitutions will be made except at the Sponsor’s discretion if the prize becomes unavailable.
There are no taxes, fees, or forms required to claim the prize.
The winner will be selected in a random drawing on Saturday, August 1, 2026, from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Entry Period.
The winner will be notified immediately via the contact method used to enter (such as email or Facebook message) and will have 24 hours to respond. If the winner cannot be reached, does not respond within 24 hours, or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner will be selected.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Entry Period.
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final in all respects.
Participants also agree to release and hold harmless Schroepfers, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, claims, or damages arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance of the prize.
Entry and acceptance of the prize constitute permission for the Sponsor to use the winner’s name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
The Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, human error, unauthorized intervention, or other causes beyond its control that affect the fairness or integrity of the Giveaway. Any attempt to interfere with the operation of the Giveaway may result in disqualification and potential legal action.
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
By participating, entrants agree that any disputes arising out of or relating to this Giveaway will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Missouri, USA.
Personal information collected in connection with this Giveaway will be used solely for administering the promotion and will not be shared except as required by law or with the entrant’s consent.
