Mrs Outlaw "Win The Beth" Giveaway: Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.

  1. Who runs it. This giveaway is run by Mrs Outlaw Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 17346408 ("we", "us"). Contact: [email protected].
  2. Who can enter. You can enter if you live in the United Kingdom or the United States (50 states and D.C.) and you are 18 or older when you enter. Our staff, their close family and household, and anyone working on the giveaway cannot enter. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
  3. Dates. The giveaway starts when our landing page goes live (planned for 5 November 2026) and ends on Tuesday 1 December 2026 at 23:45 UK time (Europe/London). Entries after that time don't count.
  4. How to enter. Fill in the entry form with your name and email address. Then confirm your entry using the link in the email you receive. One entry per person. We do not ask for your phone number. Entering does not sign you up for marketing emails (see section 9).
  5. Bonus entries. After entering, you can earn optional extra entries, for example by sharing your personal referral link. These are optional. Each entry is one chance, so people with more entries have a better chance of winning. You never have to buy anything, follow anyone, or share anything to enter. Automated or bulk entries, fake email addresses and multiple accounts are not allowed and may be disqualified.
  6. Prize. One (1) winner gets one free pair of The Beth boots by Mrs Outlaw in their chosen size. The prize can't be swapped for cash or passed to someone else. If we have to, we may give a prize of equal or greater value instead. The Beth is still in prototype. Delivery is estimated for around February 2027 and depends on production. We pay for shipping. The winner must not copy, reproduce or resell the design of the boots, and the design remains the property of Mrs Outlaw Limited. We also pay any import duties for a winner in the US. Any other taxes or costs not stated here are the winner's responsibility unless the law says otherwise.
  7. How the winner is picked. After the end date (planned for Monday 30 November 2026), we pick one winner at random from all eligible entries, using the giveaway platform's random draw. Entrants who confirmed their email are drawn first. Your odds depend on how many eligible entries we receive.
  8. Contacting the winner. We'll email the winner at the address they entered with. The winner must reply within 7 days with their boot size and shipping address and confirm they are 18 or over, live in the UK or the US, and are not one of the people excluded in section 2. If they don't reply in time, aren't eligible, or the prize can't be delivered, we may pick another winner. We may publish the winner's first name and country (or a partly hidden email) unless they ask us not to. You can ask us who won by emailing [email protected].
  9. Your data and marketing. We use your name and email to run the giveaway, including contacting the winner. Entry data is handled by our giveaway platform, KingSumo. Signing up for Mrs Outlaw emails is a separate, optional tick box. You can enter without ticking it. If you do opt in, you can unsubscribe any time using the link in every email.   10. General. We can disqualify anyone who cheats or breaks these rules. If something outside our reasonable control affects the giveaway (for example a technical failure or fraud), we may change, pause or cancel it. Nothing in these rules limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence. These rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This does not affect any rights you have by law where you live.
  11. Social media. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or run by, or connected with, Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok, X or Google. By entering, you release them from any liability.

If you suspect concerns with this giveaway, please email [email protected]. Our Support team will review the giveaway and take action as necessary which may include removing the giveaway, banning the Creator, or other action as deemed necessary.
