The giveaway is subject to US law. The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Where prohibited by law, participation is not allowed. No purchase is necessary to participate or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
To participate in the giveaway, please follow all onscreen instructions to complete and submit the online entry form ("Primary Entry"). You can earn an additional entry in the giveaway by sending the giveaway page to a friend who is 21 years of age or older and following the additional entry instructions on the screen ("Additional Entry"). Your friend must enter the giveaway through your referral to receive an additional entry. Please note that all entries must be received by enddate mentioned in the raffle. As an online participant, you are subject to all notices posted online, including but not limited to the Sponsor's privacy policy.
PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (ARV):
The maximum ARV of all prizes is mentioned in the raffle. If you are unable to receive the prize or fail to respond within a maximum of 3 days to claim your prize, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternative winner may be selected in accordance with these official rules from among the remaining eligible entries for that prize. Prizes may not be transferred or assigned except by the Sponsor.
If its a physical product, please note that the Sponsor will not take care of taxes or customs payments, if not explicitly otherwise agreed.
ODDS OF WINNING:
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the giveaway entry period.
THE FOLLOWING APPLIES TO THE ABOVE:
The winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries. We reserve the right to exclude participants from the giveaway in case they do not meet the minimum age or abuse the system. This applies especially when people are referred who do not meet the criteria of the giveaway or are only interested in getting more entries. It also applies when bonus entries are obtained without performing the respective activity (such as commenting on a YouTube video or similar). Additionally, only one email per person/household/IP address is allowed to participate.
