By submitting an entry to the Giveaway (the “Giveaway”), you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Carnival Lotto, and that you satisfy all eligibility requirements.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
The Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to everyone age 18 or older at time of entry. Residents of Trinidad and Tobago, Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, Jamaica, Guyana, or Panama are eligible to enter.. No purchase necessary to enter or win. All entrants Must confirm their email to count as a valid entry.
To enter the Giveaway, follow all on screen instructions to complete and submit the online entry form (“Primary Entry”). You can earn an Additional Entry in the Giveaway when you send the Giveaway page to friends, age 18 or older, by following the Additional Entry instructions on the screen (“Additional Entry”). They must enter the sweepstakes through your referral in order for you to get additional points. All entries must be received by 03/24/2024 (“Giveaway Entry Period”). Online entrants subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to Sponsor’s privacy policy.

Prizes may not be transferred or reassigned unless at the sole discretion of Carnival Lotto. Carnival Lotto reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Giveaway prize at any time without notification. Participants don't need a Carnival account to enter, but having one is necessary to receive their prize if they win.
Entrants with the most points will be selected in a drawing from all eligible entries received and declared the winners as per each prize tier. The drawing will be conducted on or about 03/25/2024 by Carnival Lotto whose decisions are final. Winners will be notified by email. This raffle/promotion is run and administered by Carnival Lotto.Carnival Lotto reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse this raffle prize for any reason and/or to remove any raffle prize from any player. Carnival Lotto reserves the right to engage with all entrants of the competition through promotional emails to provide updates on our latest offers and upcoming contests/promotions.
These rules have been modified by the Creator of this giveaway "Carnival Lotto Give Away Contest". Sumo Group, Inc. (d.b.a. "KingSumo") accepts no legal liability or responsibility for errors, falsities, or unfulfilled winnings due to the Creator.
