The competition is open to adults age 18 or older at time of entry. Only residents of the UK & Northern Ireland & EU are eligible to enter & win. By submitting an entry to the competition (the “Giveaway”), you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of WOWCOMPARE and that you satisfy all eligibility requirements.
Employees of WOWCOMPARE.CO (the “Sponsor”), its respective parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, distributors, merchants involved with this competition, and their immediate family members, or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter, or win. This competition is run in conjunction with Kingsumo and governed by UK & EU law where applicable.
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter the competition, follow all on screen instructions to complete and submit the online entry form (“Primary Entry”). You can earn additional entries by completing each of the additional entry tasks. When you send the competition link to friends, they must enter the competition through your referral link in order for you to receive the additional entry/s. All entries must be received by 23.45 on 31/10/2023 (“Competition Closure Date”).
PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE:
Prize: Kindle Paperwhite, estimated value £150, the winner will be selected in accordance with these Official Rules, no cash alternative is available.
A random draw will be conducted on or about 01/11/2023 and a winner selected from all eligible entries received. Two attempts will be made to contact the winner by email and/or mail. The competition winner will be required to confirm acceptance of the prize within 7 days of the second notification attempt, failure to do so will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner will be selected.
The prize will be dispatched within 30 days after receipt and verification of the prize winners acceptance. If the winner cannot be contacted, or if the selected winner cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason, or he/she is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and will be awarded to an alternate winner.
Entry and acceptance of prize constitute permission to use the winner's first name, prize details, and residence/country to be published to confirm successful conclusion of the competition draw and delivery of the prize.
Participating entrants agree to these Official Rules, Kingsumo and the prize sponsor WOWCOMPARE.CO will not be held responsible for any claims or liability relating to entrants participation, acceptance, use or misuse of the prize. The ‘winner’ assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused, by participation in this competition, or in the redemption and use of the prize.
The winner acknowledges the sponsor, businesses &/or agents do not provide, nor are in any manner responsible for warranty or merchantability of any aspect of prize.
In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the ‘Authorised’ account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. ‘Authorised’ account holder means the natural person who was assigned to the entry email address by the email service provider or other organisation that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
Data that has been tampered with or altered and mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices will be void. WOWCOMPARE is not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible or incomplete entries; or (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alterations of entry materials. By participating in the competition, you (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of sponsor and the independent judging organisation, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the competition.
Failure to comply with the Official Rules may result in disqualification. WOWCOMPARE reserves the right to permanently disqualify from competitions and giveaways any person it believes has intentionally violated Official Rules and cancel the whole competition if it becomes technically corrupted including if a computer virus, bot or system malfunctions in-alterably and impairs ability to conclude the competition and select a valid winner from eligible entries.
Legal warning any attempts by an individual, or individuals to deliberately tamper with, damage or destroy this competition, platform or website will be in violation of civil and criminal law. WOWCOMPARE & Kingsumo reserve the right to seek damages and pursue all remedies against the individual/s for full remediation and recompense.
This competition is governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United Kingdom (WOWCOMPARE the prize sponsor) and the laws of the State of Texas, USA (Kingsumo provider of the competition/sweepstakes platform).

Personal information collected from each entrant in the course of the competition will be used by WOWCOMPARE & KingSumo for the purposes of administration of the giveaway and as permitted in accordance with KingSumo’s Privacy Policy.
