BOOK GIVEAWAY CONTEST - OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. ELIGIBILITY
This contest is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Included Authors and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law.
2. CONTEST PERIOD
The contest begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) on January 15, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on January 31, 2026 ("Contest Period").
3. HOW TO ENTER
To enter, visit the contest entry page hosted on King Sumo during the Contest Period and provide a valid email address. Additional entry options may be available as outlined on the entry page. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET on January 31, 2026. Limit one (1) entry per person per email address per entry method. Use of automated entry devices or programs is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
4. NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIPTION
BY ENTERING THIS CONTEST, YOU AGREE TO BE SUBSCRIBED TO THE SPONSOR'S AUTHOR NEWSLETTER(S). You may opt out of receiving future newsletter communications at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link included in all newsletter emails or by contacting the Sponsor directly.
5. MAILING ADDRESS REQUIREMENT
Winners must provide a valid United States mailing address to receive their prize. Prizes cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or addresses outside the United States. Failure to provide a valid U.S. mailing address within the required timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize.
6. PRIZES
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive see description above. Seven (7) Additional Prize Winners will each receive see description above. Total of eight (8) winners. Approximate retail value ("ARV") of prizes: $15. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. No cash equivalent or prize substitution allowed except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, if any.
7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. Drawing will be conducted on or about February 1, 2026, by Sponsor or its designated representative. Winners will be notified by email at the email address provided at the time of entry within approximately three (3) business days of the drawing. Winners must respond to notification email within twenty-four (24) hours of notification with their full name and valid U.S. mailing address. Failure to respond within the specified time period or failure to provide required information may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules or engages in any conduct deemed inappropriate by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute, entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry.
9. RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Included Authors and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all liability, loss, or damage incurred with respect to participation in the contest or the awarding, receipt, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. Released Parties are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled, or delayed electronic communications.
10. PRIVACY
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's privacy policy. By entering, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in these Official Rules.
