To celebrate Stephen Macedo and Frances Lee's appearance as guests on the podcast, we're giving away 25 FREE copies of their book, In Covid's Wake: How Our Politics Failed Us.

After 9/11, the country launched a commission. Same with after the Challenger shuttle disaster. But after the worst pandemic in a century, nobody paused to ask what really happened and why.

Two Princeton professors took that work on themselves. Stephen and Frances went after the question most of us would rather not touch: how did the country actually handle COVID — and what should it do differently next time?

Their book is an unflinchingly honest look back. Not to re-litigate the pandemic or hand out blame, but so that the next time a crisis comes, we do better.

That's difficult, largely thankless work. To us, it's a crazy good turn.

Enter today for your chance to win!

U.S. residents only, please.
