Anyone who watches Grey’s Anatomy will remember the transformative effect this can have! Changing your physical state will change your mindset! Put an upbeat song on your headphones, and dance like no one is watching. You don’t have to look cool. You don’t have to be coordinated, and you’ll probably be super uncomfortable - but after 5 minutes of bopping - guaranteed, you will feel different!
