Florida Dental Association Services is proud to acknowledge the hard work and dedication of dental students who will be successfully graduating. To celebrate, we are hosting a giveaway with a grand prize of a $300 Florida Dental Convention CE course gift card, as well as five $100 Florida Dental Convention CE course gift card. Terms and conditions for giveaway:
1. Qualification Criteria: Open to individuals who are D4, dental graduate students, or dental program residents aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
2. Entry Method: To enter the giveaway, participants must follow the official FDAS social media account(s) (e.g., Twitter, Instagram, Facebook) and fill out the form linked to the designated giveaway post(s).
3. Additional Entries: Participants can earn additional entries by liking, sharing, and commenting on the giveaway post(s). Each additional action completed will grant the participant one extra entry.
4. Prize Redemption: The winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. The winners will be notified via the email provided. To redeem the prize, the winner(s) must respond to the notification within the specified timeframe and provide necessary details for prize delivery. Failure to claim the prize within the designated period may result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
