Coinlayers Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

By participating in the Coinlayers Giveaway, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before entering.

1. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, agents, affiliates, and immediate family members of Coinlayers are not eligible to participate.

2. Participation Requirements

To be considered a valid participant, you must meet all of the following requirements throughout the duration of the giveaway:

You must actively open and engage with Coinlayers' email communications (e.g., not marked as spam, regular open rate).
Coinlayers reserves the right to disqualify participants with inactive or fake email accounts.

b. Social Media Activity

You must like and retweet all posts published by Coinlayers during the giveaway period.
Inactivity or failure to consistently engage may result in disqualification.
Telegram:
You must be a member of the official Coinlayers Telegram group: [https://t.me/coinlayers_com].
You must be reasonably active in the group by reacting to updates, participating in polls (if any), and remaining present for the entire giveaway duration.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Participants must not:

Use fake or multiple accounts to enter the giveaway.
Engage in any fraudulent behavior to manipulate participation.
Violate the rules of Twitter, Telegram, or any applicable laws in connection with the giveaway.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be chosen based on random selection or criteria disclosed in the giveaway announcement.
The decision made by Coinlayers is final and binding.
Winners will be notified via email and/or direct message on social media.
If a winner does not respond within 72 hours, a new winner may be selected.

5. Prizes

10. Governing Law
