There will be TWO (2) US-ONLY winners for this tour. EACH winner will receive a physical copy of Citizen Orlov by Jonathan Payne. The winner will be emailed and have 48 hours to respond and verify their US-ONLY mailing address or the prize will be awarded to another.
This giveaway is open to all eligible participants in the US.
All entries are verified. If an entry is incomplete, inaccurate, or awarded to a participant in a country of origin not allowed/specified in the drawing rules it will be disqualified.
A working and monitored email address must be shared in order to win. That will be the method by which winners are notified. This email address will be used for the purposes of the giveaway only. On rare occasions, the author may send an email asking you to join their email list.

Gift cards for a .com address will be issued by that .com address. They will not be issued from a different country of origin.
Tweets, Posts, and Follower Lists must be public to confirm eligibility. Locked accounts and private tweets/posts will be disqualified.
