There are only 100 of these for sale and each comes with a certificate of authenticity that is good for 1 night at the American Hotel once it opens.
**NOTE: There is no guaranteed opening date for the American Hotel currently. We are working as hard as we can to get it open, however we do not currently have an ETA. People holding these certificates will have first ability to book once the hotel is ready. 15 day notice must be given before using certificate.
